HISTORY
After years of owning both Apple's and Bigwood Grill, we've extended to year-round service, combining the communities' favorite fresh dishes of Bigwood Grill to the Apple's Summer menu!
Both restaurants have been staples of the community and we look forward to continuing our legacy at the base of Warm Springs.
Since 1988
Apple's Bar & Grill has been a local staple for 35 years. From the Appletons who opened it to our family who operates it today, we continue to be in awe of this community and the sense of home Apple's has created.
Stepping inside Apple's feels like a museum. Our walls are adorned with our rich history in the ski and snowboard community of Sun Valley. Ski town culture is the epitome of who we are. We regularly host events for our local Ski Teams; have viewing parties of our hometown heroes participating in events such as the Winter Olympics; host local street parties; and so much more.
As we step into our first year-round service. We are thrilled to be bringing in some favorite dishes from our previous restaurant, Bigwood Grill. So whether you're looking to apres or have a beautiful meal, we're the spot.
The Restaurant
We pride ourselves on using the freshest ingredients for all of our menu items. Whether you're eating a burger or one of our fish entrees, the ingredients are seasonal and amazing.
Apple's is nested a the base of Warm Springs and offers both inside and outdoor options. This year we will be open for summer dinner Wednesday through Saturday, 5:30pm to sunset. We will also be offering happy hour from 3pm to 5pm if you're looking for a lighter meal after a hike or mountain bike ride.
