"Consistently voted the best aprés spot at Sun Valley, Apple’s Bar & Grill has a simple winter menu with reasonably priced bar fare (try the College Burger) and a west-facing patio perfect for catching killer Idaho sunsets. Local street gatherings and viewing parties of hometown heroes participating in events like the Winter Olympics keep the vibe lively. Sometimes, big names pass through. During the 2025 World Cup finals in Sun Valley, famed ski racer Marco Odermatt and his Swiss compatriots visited Apple’s and hung out for several hours. If that’s not a glowing patio endorsement, we aren’t sure what is.

From cold beers and ski boots after last chair in the winter to long patio dinners and fresh, seasonal plates in the summer. Apples changes with the seasons, but the good times stay the same. When summer rolls around, we slow things down, spruce things up, and serve an elevated dinner menu made for warm springs sunsets, good wine, and even better company.
Our History
For our family, skiing has always been more than a sport - its a way of life. Apples grew out of that love for the mountains and the community that comes with them. We're proud to be a family run spot where locals feel at home, generations come back, and there's always room for one more at the table.
